In September 2012 I had the opportunity to speak at the first SQL Saturday in Cambridge,UK, delivering a session focused on the important links between SharePoint and SQL. I have to say the whole SQL community was really welcoming and I have stayed in contact with organiser Mark Broadbent.
SQL Saturday is returning to Cambridge on the 28th September 2013, and I am pleased to announce that this year they will be having a dedicated SharePoint track. This track will focus on both managing SharePoint data and also presenting SQL data through SharePoint. We hope to attract a number of great SharePoint speakers to the event but also a broad range of attendees.
